Bio
Tina Fox is a textile and digital artist currently working in Sydney, Australia.
She qualified as an architect from The Bartlett School and University of Westminster in London in 2006 and went on to complete an MA Art in Architecture at the University of East London.
​
Tina Fox moved to Sydney in 2011 and expanded her private practice into visual and public art and has exhibited a number of large public textile sculptures in Sydney including Vivid, The North Sydney Art Prize and The Sydney Architecture Festival.
​
She has been selected as a finalist for a number of art prizes including the Ravenswood Women's Art Prize, Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize and the Meroogal Women's Art Prize. Tina was the recipient of the Innovation award at the Seed Stitch Contemporary Textiles prize in 2020, exhibited at the Australian Design Centre in Sydney. The winning work 'Electric Sheep' is now held in the collection of Tamworth Regional Gallery.

Tina was comissioned in 2019 to be part of the Tamworth Textile Triennial, curated by artist
Vic McEwan. The Triennial is an important show that captures the best of contemporary textiles in an exhibition that tours nationally for three years across 11 venues.
